“I am an image-bearer! I listen for understanding and build trusting relationships.”

This week we enjoyed several days of very nice weather which meant a lot of outside learning time! Learning outdoors engages all the senses and allows us to move more freely and be (a little) louder than we can be inside. Sunshine soothes us.

We also practiced and sang an Armed Forces Medley for our Veterans at the Veteran’s Day chapel today and talked about what servicemen and women have done for us and our country. We also talked about how we can care well for each other by sharing each others’ burdens and lifting each other up in prayer. Prayer is central to our mission “to prepare future-ready kids who demonstrate excellence in mind, body, and spirit to boldly engage with the world as image-bearers of Christ.”

ANNOUNCEMENTS!
