“I demonstrate Fruit of the Spirit in my life.”
From “Our Commitments”
Thank you Arnold Family Farm for sharing your bountiful harvest with us!
Last week I wrote about the FRUIT of our labor being evident in (y)our kids…this week we literally tasted FRUIT of a different kind when we visited Arnold Family Farm to sample their strawberries and learn about what happens on the farm. And the FRUIT of the Spirit - love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control - are indicators of the Holy Spirit working in our lives. As we learn to live out our mission to be image-bearers of Christ, these qualities should be evident. When you see your kids demonstrate this Fruit, call it out! We are definitely seeing them grow deeper in their love for the Lord. It’s showing and it’s so so good.
With only 20 days left of school, it’s easy to feel rushed to “cram it all in!” As Redemptive Educators though, we resist this urge as we strive for “no FRENZY.” Instead, we’ll finish our school year strong with our eyes fixed on the Lord, ready to welcome SIX NEW TEACHERS and about 60 new students to Joshua Academy next year! We are blessed with an abundance problem - in interest - join us in prayer over space and resources that will follow!
